I got started on my fitness journey a little more unconventionally than a lot of people. I was 300+ lbs before I realized that I needed to make a change to my lifestyle. CrossFit has changed me in more ways than most and once I saw how becoming healthier changed me, I wanted to share my experience with everyone. The first step to becoming healthier is to let someone help you! That is the reason I became a CrossFit coach. I want people to know that it is okay for you not to have any experience with exercising or nutrition. Being able to coach people through fitness is something I would have never thought I would do, but I can say that I LOVE doing it and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon!
