I'm originally from Houston but moved to Temple in 2009 to play baseball at The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where I got my bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science. I found CrossFit in 2012 and was hooked right away. I’m very passionate about health and fitness and I’ve always been a very active person. CrossFit gave me that same “team” feel and competitive drive I’ve always gotten out of sports. I love that every single day is a new challenge, and there is always something you can improve on, both as an athlete and a coach. My favorite part about Junction Fitness is the community. There’s always a group of people ready to cheer you on no matter what your fitness level is. It's rewarding as a coach to be able to help others push their limits and improve every day.
