Aaron Castilleja

Participating in fitness has always been something that I enjoyed, but I never knew how much it would change my life. I started CrossFit at the beginning of 2012 and was immediately hooked. About 10 months after starting CrossFit, I decided I wanted to become a CrossFit coach. For the first time in my life, I felt a passion for something and knew this was what I wanted to do every day as a career.

Turning Point
I have coached at several different gyms around the Central Texas area and during my time of coaching CrossFit I have helped hundreds of people achieve their health and wellness goals. I started Junction Fitness because I wanted to intersect the confidence found through fitness with our everyday lives. It is my personal mission to help the Temple community become healthier and active!

Hi everyone! Originally from New York, and I am an Army Wife and Mother of two. Before CrossFit I traveled the country as a Salon Educator. I love helping people bring out their true potential.

Turning Point
When I started CrossFit in 2017 I immediately fell in love and knew that I wanted to be a part of coaching and developing athletes from the inside and out. I became a CrossFit Trainer to help share her love for health and fitness with others. My favorite thing about CrossFit is the great community and I am excited to join the Junction Fitness fam!

Simply put, our mission is to help you, “Change Your Life With Us.”After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.

It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts, and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting-edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count.

Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves.Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.
